If you are interested in coaching after communicating with me, I will suggest we meet briefly (usually online) just so you can just be sure I am the right person for you. If you like we can also talk about how we might work together in relation to any differences, we might have (such as those that relate to any protected characteristics for instance) so that the coaching space feels safe for you. There is no charge for this initial conversation which can last for up to one hour.

If you wish to proceed after we have met, I will share my contract with agreed prices and the code of ethics I am aligned to. I will also send you some questions about what you want from coaching to consider before we meet. The first session we will have will be what’s called a “contracting session” where we discuss what you want from coaching, how we will work together and agree a plan (which I will send you a copy of). You can decide to change any element of the plan at any time, but many people finding it a helpful starting point.
