Helen Jones

After many years of public service including at Executive level, I have been drawn to coaching as a career due to my belief in the power of human connection and the possibility of personal transformation through empowerment. These values are the same that drew me to social work many years ago. I believe good coaching can impact positively on far more than the individual and their organisation but also the lives they touch and the lives of those in the communities they serve or live in. I recognise that often our time to think, reflect and learn is limited and yet by limiting our focus, we restrict our potential to do good in the world and be the force we want to be in the world. We sometimes neglect the whole of ourselves in the process and my coaching style is unashamedly about recognising the whole person, not just one part of their lives.

My values relate to kindness, fairness and inclusion and I genuinely want the best for you and the people you are trying to serve in your working life and who matter to you in your personal life. My intention is to bring my positive energy and warmth to coaching that is compassionate, non-judgemental, respectful and that fills you with hope and clarity of purpose. Coaching that acknowledges your difference from others and the diversity of people who choose to have coaching. Coaching that is driven by you, what works for you and can flex to what you need on any given day. I would hope coaching will enable you to deliver your personal and organisational goals whilst enhancing your well-being and enabling you to make the difference that you want to make in the world.
